Dr. Arun Bhardwaj is an internationally celebrated keynote speaker and a global thought leader on corporate happiness, emotional wellbeing and peak-performance mindset. Dr. Arun has 25+ years of global leadership experience working with Motorola, Samsung, Lucent (Bell Labs), and Dell; executing a breadth of leadership roles including engineering, product management, marketing and sales. Dr. Arun has inspired peak performance mindset in 350+ organizations globally with his Engineering Happiness® programs touching more than 1,50,000 lives. He has been invited to deliver keynote at leadership forums, business conclaves and international conferences worldwide. He has also conducted mental conditioning workshops for the National Sports Teams (e.g. Indian Hockey Team, Pro-Kabaddi) and the Indian Army.
He has also authored “The Book of Reflections” that utilizes ancient wisdom in a story based introspective framework to achieve peace, prosperity and joy.
Mr. Suresh Baroth is the Chief Executive Officer of DELOPT, the defence enterprise of the JK Group, where he leads the development of advanced indigenous Air, Land, and Naval defence systems, with a strong focus on strengthening India’s defence self-reliance. He has previously held senior leadership positions at Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), Thales, and Honeywell, contributing to several mission-critical aerospace and defence programmes.
An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Mr. Baroth combines deep technical expertise with strategic business leadership. His early experience in the Indian Air Force, working on advanced weapon, navigation, radar, and electro-optic systems, continues to shape his vision for innovation and national capability building. He is passionate about fostering talent, driving technological excellence, and building future-ready defence organizations.
Sheela Ramanna is a Professor and Graduate Program Chair of the Applied Computer Science (ACS) Department at the University of Winnipeg (UW). She received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kansas State University, U.S.A and a BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. She is the co-founder of the UW ACS graduate studies program which was approved in 2012 and served as Past Chair of the ACS Department. She received nine U of Winnipeg merit awards for exceptional performance and was awarded the 2026 Robin H. Farquhar Award for Excellence for Contributing to Self-Governance. She was awarded the 2025 Outstanding Graduate Mentorship Award.
She serves on editorial and advisory boards of leading rough set and AI journals and was Managing Editor of TRS (2004–2025). A Senior Member of the International Rough Set Society, she co-edited Emerging Paradigms in Machine Learning (Springer, 2013) and chaired several international conferences. Recipient of a 2015 TUBITAK Fellowship, she has secured over $1.13M in research funding and published 55+ papers. Her research focuses on machine learning, deep learning, multimodal AI, explainable AI, granular computing, and persistent homology.
